If you would like to make a case that it should be customized for each division (due to things like FCC regulations), I would be glad to present that to the NAD honor committee (who would then present it to the GC). I am an Electrical Engineer by trade, though I have not done much with radio (making me a non-expert, but I know the basic terminology). CB Radio
