====Ingredients====&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 small onion&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 stalk of celery&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 clove garlic&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 Tablespoons butter or margarine&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 teaspoon sage&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 teaspoon thyme&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cup vegetable broth&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 cups bread crumbs&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
====Procedure====&lt;br /&gt;
Finely chop the onion, celery, and garlic, then sauté them in the margarine in a 2 quart pot until transparent.  Add the sage and thyme and vegetable broth and simmer for 5 minutes.  Remove from heat and add the bread crumbs, folding them into the mixture.  Let it sit for 10 minutes, fluff, and serve.&lt;br /&gt;
