• Adventist Church Heritage Award - links to the requirements and teacher's helps. This was one of the Master Guide requirements but has been replaced by a Master Guide requirement to earn the new Adventist Heritage Honor instead.

• AY Silver Award - "The AY Silver Award plan for physical and cultural excellence challenges Adventist youth to clean living and wholesome adventure. Recognizing their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit, God's youth will strive for a physical excellence which can meet the strenuous demands of these climactic times. The need also for clean thinkers and youth with keen spiritual perceptions has never been greater."

• AY Gold Award - "The AY Gold Award is presented to Young Adults under 31 years of age who have completed the Silver Award and who have demonstrated exceptional qualities of physical, mental and cultural development."

• Baptism Pin - Pathfinders who are Baptized Members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church are entitled to wear the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) Baptism pin on their uniform. Baptism is a sign of commitment to God and desire to fellowship with fellow Christians.

• Master Guide Program

• NAD Pathfinder Pin awarded for completion of Basic Pathfinder Staff Training

• Pathfinder Evangelism Award - Get experience helping in evangelistic meetings.

• Pathfinder Excellence Award - developed to recognize individual achievement over a one-year period of time.

• Service Stars awarded for years of service to Pathfinder Clubs as an adult
